good morning everybody and welcome back

and encouragement that you guys have all
given me over the the term of me being
on YouTube so today is what you all know
is WWD way and Wednesday I know
everybody sitting around waiting on
their hands
what waiting to hear what it is so was i
I was waiting on my hands to first of
all I just want to kind of give an
update Before we jump into my weigh-in
this week has been a much better week
but this week has also been a lot of I'm
going to say a lot of growth and I think
a lot of learning a little bit more
about myself and what works for me and
when I say that I showed you guys what I
was eating
through the week a couple days ago and
I'm pretty much sticking to that right
now and it has been working for me
however like I told you guys the
breakfast shakes will be changing those
are going to be going into protein
shakes but I just wanted to use
everything up that I had that way that
I'm not just like having one thing and
leaving it I really don't like making
like coffee things for the kids so
that's why I'm using it up and I just
put it all into my calories so that way
then at least I'm still in my calorie
count it may not be very nutritious but
at least I'm counting into the calories
of it and using that before I switch
over but I have done a lot of research
also with talking to the nutritionist
there are some really good avenues that
I can take with smoothies so we're gonna
work that out because I think still
smoothies is probably going to be my
best thing to do in the mornings because
it just that's for me I don't I don't
want to I'm not an egg eater in the
morning and you know make a whole
scrambled breakfast with pancakes and
mmm no I'm not really one of those type
of eaters so I would rather just keep
with the smoothies because they are
easier to do and to have in the morning
especially when the mornings are my most
busiest time because that's when you
know I've got one going out the door for
school I've got my kids waking up
getting ready for the day you know Ali's
getting ready to leave for work I mean
I've gotten so much going on that just
to make a smoothie and go on with my
morning is my my best thing that I can
do because at least I know at that point
I can make sure that I get a shake in
especially with me starting all my new
meds I have to have food on boards so
clearly I have to have something in the
morning lunches lunches have been a
little bit of a trying for me because I
I find myself not very hungry during the
morning or the afternoon time I don't
find myself really hungry until I'm
gonna say about 3:00 3:30 that's when I
start finding that oh okay I kind of
think I need something and so I'm kind
of torn because you know you're kind of
eating a little bit later in the
afternoon but then you've got dinner
that's gonna be coming up so you kind of
gotta think which ones you know are you
gonna eat a mill for right here or are
you gonna eat it for dinner
and have a snack for one or the other so
I've been trying to keep it small for
the afternoon unless I am absolutely
like yesterday I was just starving I
don't know what my problem was but I was
really hungry so we stopped and got me a
spinach wrap and it was amazing it was
so good excuse me and dinner I was able
to have my regular sized dinner which of
course I have lessened my portions
little by little I've just been taking
away a little bit more each time I eat
I'm working on you know how much portion
control that I'm having also I'm being
very cautious about the sodium now so
if I see something containing a lot of
sodium I'm not going to
I won't consume it because I'm not gonna
put that much sodium into my body if I
can help it along with like my drinks
and stuff again like we had talked about
in fact I think I have gonna show you
guys I think I left it in the car the
water drops that I use but those are
zero calories zero sugar zero sodium so
you basically you just add them right
into my water scuse my kids they're in
the blood they're in the living room
playing and I'm in the dining room so
disclaimer you're gonna hear I'm playing
anyways so my drinking my fluids have
been a little bit easier because I've
been switching it up a little bit which
has helped because just drinking plain
water gets really boring for me and as
most know I am a soda drinker that has
been mostly what I have always drinks so
going straight to plain water has been a
little bit of an adjustment and it's
been a little bit more of an adjustment
that it takes me a lot to actually sit
down and drink some water so I've been
filling this up which you guys have seen
this a lot of times this is the 24 ounce
water bottle that I use my breakfast
smoothies in which eventually I would
like to go get one more of these at some
point so I have one just for my my
smoothies and then I have one just for
my water that I don't put nothing else
and so right now like now I have regular
plain water and I'll drink that for a
while but when we leave and go and run
errands or something then I can fill
this up and then just put a couple drops
in it and there you go I've got my water
and I did see somebody asked do you have
like a plastic straw you can reuse with
reusable cups I do I just left it at
home yesterday because I used it for my
smoothie and I forgot to wash it and we
were walking out the door and I was like
you know what just forget it
because I like to wash these things
really good especially after I use them
for a smoothie so I just said you know
what we'll just grab a cup on the way
out at the gas station just make me a
water that way but most of the time I do
have my to-go cup and
it's perfect so anyways enough with all
of that so let me go ahead and put in my
weight right here and then we will
discuss that next all right you guys so
as you see it says 473 last week I
weighed in at 476 so I am down three
pounds this week and I call that a good
weight loss because it's a weight loss
you know I mean that no it's not 15
pounds like I did the first week but I'm
not looking to lose 15 pounds in a week
because I want something that's going to
be sustainable and something that's
going to continue to keep going down
every week and I think that you know I'm
finding what works for me and I'm
finding what is going to continue me on
this weight-loss journey that I've
started so I am very proud of myself for
getting three pounds off it was you know
it was a trying week for me it was a lot
of trying to see what was gonna work
what wasn't gonna work but I think I'm
figuring it out I think I'm being very
responsible in decision making like I
had told you guys through the week you
know when I got things for my kids I did
not touch it
somebody said Yeah right you went to
Wendy's and you got yourself food I did
not get myself food I promise all of
that I did not get myself food you can
order this the Frosty's without having
to order anything so I am very proud of
myself for making each and every one of
those accomplishments for not having to
get anything when others are eating
around me so anyways I am excited I'm a
static I am ready to take on this next
week see where it's gonna get me I am
ready to get my exercise on I'm going to
bump my exercise
that's another thing too is I have to do
that I have got to get my exercise going
doing some more dancing with you guys
just whatever whatever sounds good that
day is what I'm gonna do I don't have a
routine and I don't want a routine when
it comes to my exercise because I think
that that gets boring
I think switching it up and doing just
little things differently keeps it
exciting and keeps it different and
that's why you know one day you might
get a dancing video and the next day you
might get a sit down in a chair video
but at least everyday you will see me
doing something with moving because
that's my next step and that's my next
cool to work on is accomplishing my
exercise so anyways you guys I am going
to close here and get on with my morning
I've got some things I've got to get
done I've got some errands to run and
I've got a little bit of grocery
shopping to do to get ready for this
week we've got some meal prepping to do
as well so I hope you guys are having a
